Safety is no accident!

We care deeply about the safety and satisfaction of our customers. That's why when a safety recall is issued by a manufacturer, we take immediate action to inform customers of any risk or repair that is necessary to keep them safe and happy.

As these defects are detected, recalls are announced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Here, you'll find information and instructions regarding how to get your recalled generators serviced and access to the CPSC's product recall pages.

November 2017 -  American Honda Generators
Due to a manufacturing defect, the carburetor float bowl may not be installed correctly and can leak fuel. If gasoline or gasoline vapors leak, a fire or explosion could occur.

A fuel leak caused by this manufacturing defect is typically noticed by a strong smell of fuel before, during, or after operation, or if fuel is seen leaking underneath the generator. Generators that exhibit any of these symptoms are usually new units with low hours of run time.
