Just bought a small honda EU2000 generator. I want to install a box outside to feedthru into the house. My generator has two outlets. How do (or should I) I get both inside? I would like to wire this to a furnace transfer switch but would also like to be able to switch out the furnace and switch in lights or fridge.

Answer
The Honda EU2000 is primarily used for camping, but you can power a few items at home during a power outage.
The model basically has two household outlets.
Your best bet is run an extension cord from an open door or window directly to a 15-amp furnace transfer switch.

For the TF151W transfer switch. Connecting to a Honda EU1000i with NEMA 5-15R. Do you have an outdoor cover for this?

Answer
These units are meant to be mounted indoors near the furnace and an outdoor cover is not available. You can mount it near your furnace then hard wire from it to an outdoor power inlet box which you can then plug your generator into.
