Q: I am looking at the TRC1005crp1 outdoor transfer panel and would like to find out how it is wired into the circuits I want to power? I guess what I need is a diagram of how it works. I have 12 circuits I want to be able to power from my propane generator.

A: The Reliance Controls TRC1005CRP1 is designed to operate as a sub-panel. This transfer switch comes completely wired with the following circuit configurations;
6 - 15A/120V
2 - 20A/120V
1 - 20A/240V
1 - 30A/240V

It is important to understand that this transfer panel will need to be supported by a 100A 2-pole breaker from your main circuit panel. Whichever circuits you wish to support must be re-located to this transfer switch.

We do not have wiring diagrams for this panel, however you can find the installation instructions by following the provided link; TR Series Installation Instructions
