I purchased one generator cover and I'm pleased with it. The information from the sales department was very helpful.

4700 Hours

4700 hours is what the hour meter said before I blew cdi board. It was still firing even with 1/8" of carbon on top of the piston and the inside of the engine looked new when I torn it down. The only draw back of unit is mounting plate need to be redesign.

Yamaha Ef2800i - 2500 Watt Inverter Generator Review

I love this little dude. It is perfect for portability and served me well during the recent Hurricane Ike.

We had to use it for 5 days to run the house. Don't ask me how, but it ran the TV, satellite., refrigerator, and the deep freeze along with a table lamp. This wasn't a fluke because it did it for 5 straight days!!!

My neighbor used his Honda EM5500 to run about the same things I was running and he used exactly 3 times as much fuel as I did!

I can't brag enough about this little work horse. After 93 hours of run time, it isn't any worse for wear. A word to the wise though... more

Yamaha Ef2800i - 2500 Watt Inverter Generator Review

I love the service I got from Direct Generators. I ordered my Yamaha 2800i on a saturday and I received it on the following thursday. The generator is perfict for my needs I take it in my travel trailer and I can move it around with no trouble at all. All I have to do is to lock it up before it gets legs.
