This is the first time that I have used this control and found that it was easy to install and wire.
This project was a retrofit upgrade of an existing generator installation. The consolidation of transfer switch and circuit breaker panel eliminated the existing bulky transfer switch and sub panel.
Upon opening the Reliance control panel the copper buss was a surprise and certainally adds to the quality of the product.
I also selected the Reliance control due to the buss bar circuit provisions. It provides the installer with multiple choices of 120/ 240 volt circuits, where other factory pre-wired panels limit those choices.
The circuit breaker/ neutral transfer configuration is easy to operate and is a no-brainer.
The only problem that I found is when all the knockouts are removed, the center metal spacer between the knockouts floats at the base where it connects to the panel cover.
