Q: Jim, I need to buy a generator chord to hook my new generator to the existing Reliance plug mounted to the house I just bought. From your website I only see 4 pronged plugs with the lock tab bent inwards. However, the male plug on my house has the tab prong bent outwards. What gives? I checked the pics of the different amps but couldn't find a compatible female chord end.
by Jim from Connecticut on May 28, 2012

A: A bent outward prong typically indicates a 20A connection. You can check out the following site to compare your outlet to match via the NEMA rating.

Will Not Start
Generator is at my local Honeywell service center. For the second time. Generator will not start. I am very disappointed in it at this time . I have medicine that needs refrigeration is the reason I bought the generator for emergency use only . It has been there going on 2 weeks.
