Quality

I placed a big order with electric generators direct and most of my items where gen-tran brand. I had a few items that I was very displeased with. For example I ordered a 50' convenience cord and a 50' generator power cord. The convenience cord was a real good quality with replaceable end and it is made in the USA, the generator power cord had molded ends and was made in china. Other than a few items (china made) the equipment is nice and my order and customer assistance was great!
