Worked out of the box as advertised zero problems used as power after Irene hit us in NJ. Had electrician hook up transfer panel and connected: 2 refrigerators 1 freezer, 1 wine fridge, 1st floor lighting and most outlets, 3 10K BTU window airs, Well pump (220v 20amp), Heater (oil with baseboard), basement lighting. Tested under load at 13,225 Watts gen held load without a problem. This is a keeper and I have recommended to others
