1. ORDER PRIORITY SHIPMENT
Priority shipment serves two important purposes.
First, we guarantee that your generator is in-stock and reserve it especially for you.
Secondly, your order will ship the same business day if ordered before 5 p.m. CST.
We will only ship Priority Shipment orders on Monday, orders do not ship over the weekend.
If you don't order Priority Shipment, your order will NOT ship until Tuesday -- or possibly Wednesday -- due to the huge demand for generators.
2. PICK UP AT TERMINAL
Your generator will eventually make it to your home. However, it might take longer than normal considering the circumstances.
It takes 2 business days for the generators to arrive at your local freight terminal.
To speed up delivery, we encourage you to pick up your generator at the freight terminal instead of waiting for home delivery. Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number.
We recommend contacting the freight carrier directly to coordinate any special deliveries.
