Onan Homesite Power 6500

This is the third winter that we've had this generator, it has accumulated approximately 85 hours of operation during power outages.

It has always started and performed well, but adding the battery made life a lot easier. The gas gauge is pretty cheezy and quit working- but who really needs it anyway?

The only disappointment is that it is made in China and I expected Onan to be made in the USA.

Cummins Onan 5000 Watt Electric Start Homesite Generator Review

Bought this generator after Hurricane IKE and its runs great.

Starts on the first pull every time and is really good on gas compared to other generators of the same size.
