 IntelliGEN Standby Generators

Good video illustrating how IntelliGEN standby generators operate.

You'll need to order an automatic transfer switch separately. Otherwise, it won't work.

Also, if you live in colder states, get a cold weather kit. It's easy to weather a summer power outage.

A winter ice storm, however, could be deadly. You want to make sure your generator starts in sub-freezing temperatures.
